Processing and shipping

 

Processing time right now is 1-2 weeks.  I do my very best to get orders out in about a week in a half but during the busy season, it may be the 2-3 weeks. Especially if orders are being shipped.  I handcraft every product with time, effort, and love. 

I do ship orders but the cost of shipping is determined by weight, size, and dimension. If your custom order is large and I have to estimate your shipping, please be aware that if I grossly underestimated shipping charges then I will send you a proof of cost and expect the additional cost to be paid in full before shipping your sign. 

 

I am not responsible for damages incurred during shipping. Most of my orders are shipped using 2-3 day priority shipping through USPS which includes insurance. If something does happen to your order,  I will need it to be shipped back to me in order to file a claim.  I then can re-make your sign and get it shipped to you as soon as possible.

I will deliver items within 10 miles of my business.

*Rush Orders*

Please reference the shipping policies and the time frame for your product to be shipped BEFORE ordering. Each product is handmade and custom when ordered and will be completed in the order received. You may need last-minute gifts or home decor items so if you require your order to ship within 3 days upon date of purchase you can RUSH your order.  The RUSH option is an additional $30. The RUSH option will push your order in front of all my other orders and will ship faster from my location. *Please be aware this is not FASTER shipping. The shipping timeframe will remain the same.*

Custom & Personalized Orders

 

Due to the nature of personalized work, personalized item sales are not returnable or refundable unless there is a mistake made by myself.  If this occurs, I require you to send photos of the error. Once the photos are received I will work with you on a plan of either a correction, a remake, or a refund of the item.

 

Returns and exchanges

I gladly accept returns of noncustom items. 

Personalized

  • Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalized orders

    • Items on sale

  • I will only accept cancelations for personalized signs BEFORE I begin your order

Inventory

    • To request a return (only on non-personalized items) contact me within 3 days of delivery.

    • You can cancel an order within 24 hours of delivery

    • Ship items back within 7 days of delivery (once the item has been received without any damage I will then submit a refund.)

    • If you would like to exchange for a different item please contact me for prior approval before you ship your item back to me.

    • Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item.  Buyers are also responsible for the shipping cost of any item that is an exchange.
